Problem
Most meditation apps are overwhelming — packed with too many features, cluttered visuals, or steep learning curves that discourage beginners. Users needed a simple, approachable tool to help them focus on mindfulness without distraction.
Challange
The main challenge was balancing simplicity with depth. The app had to be intuitive enough for first-time users, while still offering progress tracking, session history, and guided meditations for long-term engagement.
Solution
I designed a minimal meditation app with a warm orange palette and soft gradients. Users can start meditating in one tap, get personalized recommendations for stress or focus, and track progress through an intuitive dashboard. The clear, distraction-free audio sessions and simple interface create an inviting experience that encourages daily mindfulness practice.
